Can I buy just one Cupcake?
Yes, you can buy as few or many as you would like to. We may run out of certain flavors on occasion, but since we bake each day, don't be afraid to ask if we can frost up your favorite cupcake! You can call our store by 10:00AM at 509.888.1966 to save your specific cupcake flavor.
How do I place an order?
To order cupcakes please call 509.888.1966 or email us email@example.com to schedule a pick-up date and time. You can also do so in person at our cute little shop!

How do I place a custom cupcake, cake or cookie order?
In addition to calling our shoppe, we strongly encourage you to email our shop the cake detailed design (pictures, colors, flavors. numbers of servings, date of party) to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will have the cake artist contact you within 48 hours.
Doing so will minimize any potential misinterpretation or confusion on both sides, and best assure that we are prepared to cater to your individual wants and needs.
Our kitchen is currently equipped with limited storage and work space. Therefore, we can only accommodate so many special orders at any time. To determine an ideal size for your cake, please have a general idea of the number of guests expected to attend your event. Also, be prepared to communicate any of your own ideas regarding the desired style, theme, and colors.
When should I place my special order?
As soon as you know the date of your event. We can only accommodate a limited number of cupcakes, cakes and cookies, due to the limited storage capacity of our premises. We recommend that all custom cake orders be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. The planning, assembly, and decoration processes are often very time-consuming and labor-intensive.
No order is final until we get all the information we need for the custom cake. All orders over $100.00 must pay 50% at the time of order.
Are your cupcakes baked every day?
At Cupcake Blues, every cupcake is made from Scratch and baked Fresh Daily. We do not add any preservatives; this makes your cupcakes best when eaten on the same day as they are purchased.
How do I store the cupcakes?
If you would like to store your cupcakes, we recommend you wrap your cupcake box in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer or place your cupcakes in an airtight container on the counter. Please DO NOT refrigerate your cupcakes as this will dry them out. When ready to serve take out approximately 1 hour prior to serving. (weather relating)
Do you offer shipping on your cupcakes?
We Currently Do Not Ship cupcakes. This would detract from the quality of fresh cupcakes we are trying to deliver.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, we do.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
Do you deliver?
Unfortunately at this time, we are not set up for delivery, but are looking forward to offering this service in the future if possible.
Do you make sugar-free, dairy-free, egg-free or gluten-free baked goods?
No, we do not.
Do your products contain nuts?
Some of our products contained nuts and some do not. Our kitchen isn't 100% peanut free and all our products are baked or used with the same equipment.

Do you cater weddings and do you schedule tastings?
Yes, and we would love to bake for your special day! We can provide wedding cupcakes, wedding cakes. or grooms cakes. Please call us at 509-888-1966 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment for a consultation. We schedule wedding cake tastings by appointment only. There is a $25.00 charge for 30 minutes for the first two customers and a $10.00 fee per additional person. During the meeting we will discuss the design of your cake, so please bring any pictures, invitation, etc. that may help us come up with something perfect & unique for your event. Tastings last 30 or 45 minutes and we ask that you arrive on time to ensure that you are allotted your time. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice for tastings, otherwise your card will be charged the $25.00 for the cost of the missed appointment. A $100.00 retainer fee will be required to hold your wedding date at the time of tasting.
